Very quiet. Friendly staff and residents. Everything is kept clean.
I'm pleased with the community. It's quite and clean. The service that I received from placing maintenance calls was quick and proficient.
Property is well-kept and maintained. Maintenance issues are usually handled promptly. Complaints would include the poor cable and internet service (frequently loose connection) and since the front office has changed management, they do not seem to be able to handle situations without "contacting the regional office."

The appliances like the oven, washer/dryer need updating. It took well over a year to get my fireplace fixed so I called update use it! The price increase is really causing me to find another place. I can't afford it here anymore. It's too much. I LOVE this area but cant afford it anymore. I just cant...

This is my third month living at Chesterfield Gardens and I must say I have truly enjoyed my stay so far. The staff is very professional and the maintenance department is always on time and very accurate. The neighborhood is very quiet and the grounds are kept very nicely. I'm so glad I chose Chesterfield Gardens because I don't think I could have found all of these qualities at another apartment complex.
