Friendly staff and I lover everything about my new apartment (layout, appliances, location).
apartment is excellent, price is good, neighborhood is starting to go downhill and parking in the complex is extremely tight.
Water bill company con-service sucks!!
It is very noise when anyone walks up or down the stairs, which are right beside me apartment. I can hear neighboring tenants while they are using the restroom.
The apartment we have, two bedroom, has all new appliances and it looks wonderful. But I wonder if it was built too fast without the proper testing of everything. Just a few small things, the shower faucet fell off, the dishwasher leaks, and the front door wasn't properly sealed. Maintenance workers here are great though. They came out really fast and fixed everything. The pool is really nice, but the lifeguards there aren't the friendliest. I hope next summer the lifeguard staff is friendlier.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
