I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone My likes and dislikes are: The office/maintenance staff is awesome! We love the location as well. The grounds are kept up nicely and all of the other tenants we have met so far are friendly.
Overall Arden Place is an awesome location to live, very close to downtown Charlottesville but not too close to get all the downtown traffic. My likes and dislikes are: The property is very well kept and has many amenities at the clubhouse. The surrounding area is filled with shops and resources for whatever you need. The staff is very friendly and the residents seem friendly as well. The apartment complex is tucked back behind a shopping center with trees in between so its not too close to route 29 and seems more private.
Even I am seventy five years ,I do not feel it is a place like in Florida .

Enjoy the dog park. Quiet environment. Terrific business office staff and maintenance people!!! Everyone is extremely helpful and always pleasant. My likes and dislikes are: Well kept grounds and buildings.
