Maintenance people and management are very respectful and very quick to respond to resident requests.
Great staff, great neighborhood, and spacious apartments.
I've been living in Lee Overlook for about 2 years now. I love everything about it. The location is very quiet, calm & beautiful view. They are fair to low icome families which is very important. If I have any issue with maintenance, they will come as soon as I call.
It is a well kept property. When necessary updates or repairs are needed, they are done quickly and efficiently. Those that are responsible for the upkeep of the grounds do so on a daily basis. The neighbors are courteous and respectful. The staff is courteous and helpful. Overall, it is a great neighborhood!
We are very happy in our new apartment. It's a great community!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
