The Study Room is indispensable for me. I can't live anywhere without a similar accommodation now. It's also great to have a Starbucks two minutes down the road, and extremely close proximity to VT.
Smith's Landing Apartments are kept and maintained at a high quality and really appeal to the people who are looking for a nice, safe, and quiet community to live in. The office staff is always very cordial and willing to help out with an problem a resident may be having. The maintenance staff is always first class in everything they do.
Smiths Landing is a great place to live because it is a quiet environment, great living spaces, clean, awesome amenities and friendly staff!
Everything has been great except the Internet has had poor connection
They have a great location and top notch apartments! The staff is friendly and I feel safe there! PARKING IS FREE!!!!!!!!!!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
