I enjoy the knowledge that this is a gated community which lends a feeling of more security. The maintenance staff is absolutely excellent and has been very responsive to my needs whenever they have been called. Being single, this is a great comfort! The grounds are kept up nicely and the office staff is always welcoming and friendly.
All of the staff here at Broadlands Apartments are great! They have all been very friendly and helpful with any questions or needs that we have had. Any maintenance requests have been quickly completed.
Staff in Leasing Office is very friendly and professional. All issues are taken care of in a timely effective manner. Grounds are well kept.
Great community, I love living here. Office and maintenance staff is professional, curteous and always prompt to respond to requests. I plan on staying in my current apartment home for a while.
The staff is very kind and friendly. When you have a maintenance issue they are very prompt on following through with your request to make your living experience as smooth as possible. I have lived here for almost 4 years and have always felt safe and everyone here is nice and always willing to help their neighbors. The only complaint I would have is updating the kitchens, the floors and appliances are outdated.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
