I absolutely love living here!
All the staff at The View are great!! I also really appreciate the regular events they host for the community. The only reason that was a lower score was because I myself don't take advantage of those activities.
The appearance and condition of the apartment was also ranked lower because while we love the design, we've started to notice a few issues with the quality of materials of the floors, cabinets etc. But nothing major.
A second grill would be really helpful. i love using the grill but nearly always have to wait in line to use it in the evenings and especially on weekends.
Many times in the morning there isn't a person at the front desk. This can be a challenge if dropping of package for mailing, picking up laundry, or other task.
I have had several rude interactions with the front desk staff. When asking about guest parking (before the most recent email went out) I received different answers from each member of the front desk team. I have also had members of the front desk team continue personal calls or tasks while I was waiting to receive a package. They absolutely need more customer service training.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
