The elevators should be cleaned more regularly, as they are sometimes nasty from either residents not cleaning up after their dogs who may have had an accident, or other means of the elevator being nasty.
I feel as a loyal customer and plans on renewing my lease for a second time, my rent should not be hiked up.
Wish the entrance glass doors were cleaned more, they tend to collect fingerprints.
This place would be perfect if the heating and cooling was not always running to keep the place cool, and if water pressure was higher. I can deal with the heating and cooling but the water pressure is becoming unbearable in the shower.
Leasing and management staff are great!
The weekday morning front desk woman never unlocks/opens the door for residents. I have had to stand there with my dog and knock on the door for her to open it before. All other front desk staff are aware and always open the door.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
