Moving to Avalon at Ballston Place was one of the easiest decisions I have made and the move in process was very smooth. The entire staff at Avalon Ballston Place truly cares about the residents and their satisfaction. Many processes are automated which is perfect when you have a busy schedule. The building itself is always clean and quiet. When you walk in the door you truly feel like you are home.
The Avalon Ballston Place is lovely! It is very clean and comfortable. The staff and management are extremely friendly and quite helpful. It is pricey, but in a great location and has a lot to offer (gym, pool, dry cleaners, conveinence store).
New Job, New Town, three weeks to find a place to land and move. Avalon properties provided a wealth of options close to the Metro and my new job. The staff made it easy to find, examine and rent, all on line while giving me the comfort of knowing they cared about me. I recommend Avalon properties in general and Ballston Place in particular for your DC housing needs.
The leasing and move in process was very easy and the location is absolutely perfect for anyone who values being close to the metro and in the middle of the action. Very happy so far with Avalon Ballston Place!
Renewed for another year, moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. Great building with lots of good features and a good location. Fun area within walking distance to Clarendon and Ballston. Grounds and building always kept very clean. Very safe and secure. Front desk staffed 24/7 with super friendly, helpful folks. Maintance requests handled extremely quickly. Leasing staff seem to turn over quickly but head manager is great. Nice pool and hot tub (but open in summer only). Nice gym but often full at key times. Highly recommended.
