From the South: Take I-95 North to Exit 170A (I-395 North). Follow I-395 N seven miles to Exit 7A (VA-120 S/S. Glebe Road. Bear Right at the light and follow S. Glebe Road to the first stoplight (S. Meade Street). Turn left onto S. Meade Street. Follow to the next stop sign and turn Left onto 28th Street South. Follow approximately 1/2 mile to next stop sign, turning left onto 26th Street South. Follow down and make the 4th left onto S. Wayne Court. The Clubhouse will be straight ahead on the right hand side!

Great location in relaton to Ft. Myer / Pentagon
descent and convenient place to live.
After living in the Avalon Arlington Square community for a week, I am very please with all aspects of the property. I have now had any major issues with the apartment since moving in and the minor issues (balcony door not properly locking and dryer heater element going out) have been repaired within 24 hours of the maintenance request. The staff in the clubhouse and package room are very friendly and helpful with any questions I have had thus far. The location of the property is great and very easy to get to DC, my work in Tyson's Corner, Shirlington, and Alexandria.
Perfect for DC commuters and close to Shirlington restaurants and bars. Great rate, location and amenities.
