Avalon is wonderful. I have been here for a month and really enjoy the community feel. The leasing agents / managers / maintenance crew are always smiling and willing to help. I have a dog, and they have an amazing dog park! One of the best things about the unit is the quietness of everything. So far, I haven't heard neighbors in their units, and never hear oner dogs bark (unless I am in the hallway). It is great. I love my unit. Even though it is an unrenovated unit, the whole complex is still new, and I'm thrilled with my white cabinets. They have been very smart with storage space throughout the unit, and I was able to find a spot for everything. I would highly recommend Avalon.
The office staff was so wonderful and accommodating. I really appreciated the ease of the move in process and how quickly the minor problems in my apartment were fixed. I also really appreciate the bus service that is offered here. I just wish more breeds of dogs were allowed here. Other than that, I really am quite comfortable here.
Living at Avalon at Arlington Square gives you the best of a comfortable, open space living community while having direct proximity to DC.
The folks at Avalon are very friendly and knowledgable, and introduced my significant other and I to a beautifully diverse and friendly community!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.

From the South: Take I-95 North to Exit 170A (I-395 North). Follow I-395 N seven miles to Exit 7A (VA-120 S/S. Glebe Road. Bear Right at the light and follow S. Glebe Road to the first stoplight (S. Meade Street). Turn left onto S. Meade Street. Follow to the next stop sign and turn Left onto 28th Street South. Follow approximately 1/2 mile to next stop sign, turning left onto 26th Street South. Follow down and make the 4th left onto S. Wayne Court. The Clubhouse will be straight ahead on the right hand side!
From the North: From I-395 South, take Exit 7 (VA-120 S/S Glebe Road). At stop light, turn left onto South Glebe Road. At the very next light, turn left onto 26th Road South. Upon coming to first stop sign, clubhouse will be straight ahead on the right!
