I've only lived here for a little under 2 weeks so it's a little hard to tell yet. So far it has been great. The quality of the apartments is good, I can't hear my neighbors when i'm in my apartment, the amenities are nice, and staff has been great so far. Also, the shuttle service to the metro is AMAZING.
I have lived at AVA on 3 different occasions. Each time has been rewarding. The staff are friendly and willing to assist you with all matters.
I like the convenience; and the friendliness of personnel. Although animals are allowed, they have never bothered me. They are quieter than some of the renters. I will live here as long as they will let me! :-) The only disappointment I have is the 'small' kitchen space availability.
The concierges are great and the apartments are great and cheap. Hard to argue with that combination.
With an excellent building, floor plan, and amenities, a friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location, AVA Ballston has easily been my best apartment experience.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
