There have been a lot of improvement in the last few months.
Major parking issues especially with reserved spaces. we were charged for said spaces yet when it snowed anyone could park there and we were walking far away to get into building as someone was in the spaces we paid for-THIS IS WRONG AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. Have had rude associates on the phone and no one to answer phones and no communications between departments on issues and so issues do not get resolved.
The apartments are larger than most in this area and when I report any kind of mechanical/electrical problem, they get it fixed quickly. The management keeps the common areas and the complex clean, and the apartments are conveniently located close to both I-495 and I-395.
Personable, knowledgeable, helpful staff. My personal experiences have always been met with expedient above and beyond resident service.
