I am very happy with my living experience at The Courts at Huntington Station. My apartment feels like home to me. I feel safe in the apartment complex and the surrounding area. The office staff greet me by name and are friendly every time I have a question or issue I need help with. I am truly thankful I found an apartment that is close to Old Town, Nat'l Harbor, and DC, that I can afford while being so upscale.
I love my apartment at Courts at Huntington Station. The floor plans and design finishes are very attractive. The location is convenient to the metro, shopping, dinning and entertainment. The complex is well maintained and the staff is friendly and very helpful. I am impressed.
Stop raising the rent every year. How can I refer the property to anyone if their rent is going to increase every year. SUGGESTION: if a tenant stays 3 or more year, make their increase every other year.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
