I have really enjoyed the experience of leasing with Post Carlyle Square. The ease of the application process as well as friendliness and knowledge of those in the leasing office made it an easy decision to rent with Post Carlyle Square. My move-in was great with a clean apartment and no hassles. I have enjoyed the surrounding area and the ease of having my dogs with me at the apartment.
Wonderful place to live
Should make a compelling offer to renew lease before shopping for new clients
The management team and the concierge at the front desk are top notch. The concierge are friendly and empathetic to your needs
I have lived at Post Carlyle Square since 2007 because the building and its management offer the best the area has to offer in apartment living. The building lies within walking distance of the train station, and Old Town. Just down the block are Whole Foods, Starbucks, and 7-Eleven. The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quiet and because the building is a secure-access building that offers a 24-hour concierge, while I am at home I have never experienced anything but peace of mind. The apartments are stylish and well appointed, and the courteous staff members who manage the front desk and maintain the apartments and the building's premises (including landscaping and the lovely pool) make Post Carlyle a superb choice.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
