The Front Office (Rental Office), is very good and caring, and understanding of any Person that goes to the office. Recreational amenities?., I have no idea because we do not have one.
Parkwood is hopefully updating their amenties level. There was a pool and that has been gone for the past few years. So if it was replaced with something else of enjoyment that would help the rating to jump to Good or excellent.
We have had several maintenance issues (bathroom in apt above flooded and mold developed in our closet that took 3-4 weeks to get fixed, mechanical room door on our patio will not remain closed and hasn't been fixed properly, etc) and the staff in the leasing office is, for the most part, uncooperative and dismissive if you go the office with a problem.
