Foxchase is a nice place to live - it is an older building community full of people of all ages. The staff are very nice and responsive to any inquiries or problems that occur. It's also within walking distance of the bus, grocery, banks, etc. It's a perfect area for someone that wants to live close to DC, but preferc more of a suburbs feel - the garden style apartments and lots of trees lends itself to make you feel like you aren't as close to everything as you actually are.
I've been at Foxchase for four years. The location is perfect - close to the metro with a free shuttle, quiet grounds away from heavy highway traffic, with a 24/7 Harris Teeter, restaurants and other services within a short walk. Beautiful walking trails are just minutes from the property and with multiple pools, tennis court and fitness centers onsite, one has everything they need here! Be sure to take advantage of the discount movie tickets as well!!

While my first experience with the group was shaky- the team more than made up for it by going above and beyond in welcoming me and setting up my apartment for me! It was such a pleasant surprise and a welcome difference from my previous apartment complex debacle- I came to Hailee after being neglected and abused by another leasing office, but she not only went out of her way to make my experience worthwhile, she and her staff are genuine people who care about their residents and will do the RIGHT thing at the end of the day! As a person who has moved around A LOT in the past few years, all I ask for is a clean unit and agreeable staff relations with the leasing office. The office staff are competent, fair, very nice people all around and above all they make ethical and honest decisions that always benefit the resident. Thank you, Foxchase!
I've been at Foxchase for almost 3 years and I love it. Great staff, clean community, amenities, etc...hope to continue living here for a couple more years at least
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
