Our current management team seem to be trying very hard to improve the complex, overall. They are easy to get in touch with and work with on any issues you may have. Tge biggest problem we seem to have is the lack of insulation to prevent noise transfer between apartments.

Certified Resident

Maintenance never does their job. They try to bribe you so that they will, then they still don't. We have had the same issue in our apartment for 3 years now, and put in several work orders. Needless to say that we still have the same problem and that maintenance has said yet again that they fixed it, after trying to get us to give them money or trade for other things like games or food(my husband is a chef so they think that he should always be giving to them)


We sincerely apologize that our maintenance services have not been meeting your standards during your stay with us. We strive to provide our residents with the best possible service and make sure that all requests are addressed in a timely manner with quality workmanship in mind and we would love to be able to discuss your experience in more detail. Please reach out to us at the leasing office at your earliest convenience so we can work with you to improve your stay with us going forward.
