Very friendly and professional management team, willing to do their job and to attend tenants needs and finding a fast and good solutions to problems. Neighborhood allways looks clean and cozy.
The majority of residents here are very nice, friendly, and respectful; occasionally a grumpy resident appears. I gave maintenance a low score, because there have been MAJOR changes in the maintenance staff recently; it is VERY difficult to get timely maintenance performed. However, with the positive improvement in office staff; I am confident this issue will improve. The parking received an average score; it has plenty of spaces, but really needs to be resurfaced and not tar band-aided!!
There are many reasons why I like Cascade Springs. The location is perfect, as it is along a major road, 270O W. Yet the TRAX lightrail and UTA bus are a brief walk away, which gives me more options to get to work, shopping or downtown Salt Lake. I can even take the TRAX to the airport! There is also a grocery store in walking distance, as well as a bakery.
All the rooms in my apt. have wall to wall carpet. I love having such friendly neighbors and office staff. Best apts. I've lived in!
I love the office staff and I love my neighbors. It is nice to see everyone outside enjoying the grounds. You walk outside on a nice day and see everyone playing and enjoying everyone's company. I definitely did not see that in my last community.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
