    Haven't lived in an apartment in quite a few years and being new to SLC wanted to learn the area before setting long term plans. I couldn't be more pleased with the complex. Neighbors are friendly/courteous and staff professional. Daybreak is conveniently located for easy access to SLC attractions, shopping and other townships.

    Hallways are rarely cleaned. Many pet owners do not pick up after their pets, so watch form land mines. If you are a non-smoker, be prepared to do a lot of second-hand smoking when/if you sit on your balcony, and if you open your patio door or windows, your apartment will smell like cigarette smoke. There are a lot of smokers. Appliances are cheap and noisy. Street facing apartments are noisy from traffic. Nickle and dime charges for extras, such as dogs, garages, water and trash.

    What is a Certified ResidentCertified Resident Review?

    A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.

    Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
