I live alone and appreciate the fact that I feel safe here, even when coming in late in the evening. The manager is always ready to respond to questions and needs. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. I do wish the windows could be washed on the outside, I live on the top floor and can"t do them myself! My neighbors are friendly and mostly careful about noise. Residents could be more careful around the garbage bins, spilled food brings pests, and broken glass is dangerous.
I rated Willow Glen 'good' instead of 'excellent' because of steeply increasing rent rates, the decrease in utilities covered by management and the slow slow maintenance staff. We had our air conditioning checked three times before they found that the freon levels were too low because the guy who came the first two times didn't know how to check the level. I was so furious because we had a baby in May and our air conditioning was on 24/7 for three weeks resulting in a massive electricity bill.
Loud neighbors and no one does anything, rules are not adhered to, certain residents seem to get special privileges, upper management is not available when needed
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
