Value for the Money

Vine Gate does not have the stack of people in boxes feel that many other complexes have. The mature trees and quiet lanes make it feel more like a neighborhood of town homes than an apartment complex. The low monthly rent is undermined by less-visible costs like water, trash, cable and parking, which can add up to $90+ dollars a month. The high ceilings and shaded lanes mostly make up for the surprise.
Thank you for your kind review of the community and we are happy that you feel at home here. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about the additional utility fee's, but if you ever need any service or a kind smile please come by the office and we'd be happy to be of service.

I am pleased with the experience I've had renting at Vine Gate. They keep the grounds neat and clean, and I appreciate seeing them go out of their way to try and make this a better place to live. They are constantly upgrading apartments and beautifying the landscaping. If I call for a maintenance request, I have someone fixing it within the day. They've done a great job, and the price is competitive for the area.
It is our pleasure to make this a beautiful place for each and everyone of you. We want you to feel like you've the best of the best! It makes us very happy to learn that your happy with our efforts. Thank you so very much for being a member of the community!!
I have a comfortable place to live, rent, etc. is reasonable, the location is great, I feel safe and secure, I like my neighbors, the management is excellent and the property owners have pride of ownership and keep the place in very good repair. The maintenance team is superb and any needed repairs are timely and effective. I love this place.

Very loud in the front of my place, both the living room and master bathroom are located in the front and people park out front and leave there carls idling for up to an hour or blare loud music. Neighbors stand out front and smoke cigarettes and talk loudly all hours of the night. I have been very disappointed with the noise.
We are really sorry for these occurrences and appreciate them being brought to our attention. We hope that the community notice that was issued resolves these issues and that they will cease immediately. Please know that you can always bring these things to our attention at any time and we would be happy to address them promptly. It is our goal that Vine Gate is a peaceful and enjoyable community for all of it's residents.
