The manager is wonderful. Everything gets handled in a timely manner. I enjoy the area very much as everything is around conveniently.
The location is awesome and it's very pretty
The recent renovations and the continued support that Lisa P. has given to our community are the two main reasons we give a top rating. Lisa took our complaints about neighbors who wish to destroy our community and abide by its rules to task. These people are leaving and being replaced by more quality tenants, tenants that are respectful of community rules.
Has overall been a fairly reliable place to live. The few maintenance issues that have arisen in the apartment were promptly addressed and resolved by staff. Interior is average, carpeting is on the outdated side. Gas fireplace is a nice touch. Refrigerator is normal. Stove and oven are functional (electric burners). Insulation is a concern in the winter; I live in a corner apartment - the bedroom (located on the corner) is noticeably colder than living room. Unfortunately no recycling on site.
I loved the layout of my apartment, as well as the location. However, there were many frustrating maintenance issues, such as when the garage door was broken, the side entrance door wouldn't work and no one fixed my plumbing when I reported a clog and it flooded my kitchen.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From I-15: take the 600 North exit. Go east until you reach CENTER ST. (approximately 3 blocks from the exit). Turn right onto Center. When you reach the corner of Center and 300 North you're there.
