I really love the apartments, they are nice and not too big and not too small. I honestly think the staff is very friendly and they are on top of everything, also the neighbors are nice and polite. Only thing is I wish there was more parking available.
It is always pleasing to receive a positive review. We do have a few garages on the property available if you are interested.
The management has always been helpful. The grounds are clean.

When we moved in the dishwasher was broken, found out the hard way. Had to wait two days to fix. The dryer was disconnected, also found out the hard way (ie the dryer blew lint everywhere and set off the fire alarm). Realized on a weekend, was not considered an emergency, five days to connect. There was an inspection no one informed me. When they came to my door I was brushing my teeth and they just let themselves in. Four people in my apartment randomly when I locked the door.
Reseaonable rent, good facilities (gym, swimming pool), helpful staff. But the apartment itself has a lot of problems. We basically have to call the maintenance to come fix our apartment every month.
The apartments are nice and the staff is easy to work with. The only problems we've had are with timely maintenance. There's only one maintenance worker and while he's great, there's too much work for him to do. We've had a list of things ever since we moved in, but if they're not immediate emergencies they won't get done. I also feel the market priced rent is a little high for the value - this location is farther from downtown and in a not-so-nice neighborhood for the rent to be so high.
