I really love the apartments, they are nice and not too big and not too small. I honestly think the staff is very friendly and they are on top of everything, also the neighbors are nice and polite. Only thing is I wish there was more parking available.
The management has always been helpful. The grounds are clean.
My apartment has been wonderful! I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, the grounds are kept clean, and I love the interior of my apartment! The carpet is in fantastic shape and so are all of the appliances and counter tops. It's clear that Jefferson School Apartments takes care in maintaining their buildings inside and out.
Our overall experience at the Jefferson School Apartments has been excellent. Staff is quick to detail points about your residency and are adequate in their responsiveness to issues you may have. The only real downside to these apartments I may note is the parking. There is a waiting list upwards of ten months for your household to get one covered parking spot. Garages are available for rent at $50 a month, the renting of which makes you give up your parking stall.
Management is excellent to work with. I love living here
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
