My apartment has been wonderful! I rarely hear any noise from my neighbors, the grounds are kept clean, and I love the interior of my apartment! The carpet is in fantastic shape and so are all of the appliances and counter tops. It's clear that Jefferson School Apartments takes care in maintaining their buildings inside and out.
Our overall experience at the Jefferson School Apartments has been excellent. Staff is quick to detail points about your residency and are adequate in their responsiveness to issues you may have. The only real downside to these apartments I may note is the parking. There is a waiting list upwards of ten months for your household to get one covered parking spot. Garages are available for rent at $50 a month, the renting of which makes you give up your parking stall.

My Grandparents both passed away very close together and my parents without thinking came down with our dog and I went into the office to explain the situation, the office staff was so amazing they let me know that it was okay for the weekend and let me know that if I needed anything they were there. They calmed me down and let me know everything would be okay.
I really love the apartments, they are nice and not too big and not too small. I honestly think the staff is very friendly and they are on top of everything, also the neighbors are nice and polite. Only thing is I wish there was more parking available.
It is always pleasing to receive a positive review. We do have a few garages on the property available if you are interested.
