Property well maintained very quite office and maintenance staff are wonderful and very helpful. Fast response if there is a maintenance/repair issue sometimes will resolve less then a day I live here more then 8 years and I love it as my home.

Generally a quiet area without worry of crime. Feels safe. Office staff are responsive and friendly. Nice grounds that are well-maintained. Maintenence is timely with resident needs. I do feel for the space I am in (1 bedroom and 1 bath) and old appliances that I pay too much per month and the cost has gone up per month each time Ive renewed my lease. Fair value for the money because I am paying too much per month for the space and appliances I have in the apartment, in my opinion.
Since the apartment complex has started to allow dogs of all sizes, my level of comfort has gone down. I have been lunged at by at least two dogs that were held back with only their leashes.
