Value for the Money
15 Reviews for Bridges at Citifront
Never had a problem or delay with maintenance calls. Place was always well-kept. Overall a good experience. Only downside was the fact that it's in a fairly creepy neighborhood.
The regular passing of rail trains including the horn blowing is unsettling
Loud parties are allowed to go on without much control
Pets unattended during the day were allowed to bark incessantly even after multiple reports
Pet smells in the hallways and pets relieving themselves just about anywhere on the property
The apartment itself was great, but management was terrible. The managers were never available and were very rude when they decided to make themselves available.
It is a clean and safe property. The rent is very good for the location. The only problem is getting repairs done in a timely manner.
I've been very happy at Bridges at Citifront until recently when I learned that they will soon start charging for garage parking and raising prices on the canopy parking spaces as well. In addition to the annual rent increases, these parking costs will probably force me to leave as soon as my lease is up.
