The staff is excellent. They are attentive and very engaging. I appreciate the fact that they make me feel at home here in our community. That is a treasure!
The location is great. We love our unit, the finishes, the floor plan, and the attached garage being on the first floor. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to any needs/questions.
It's great, but probably because it's expensive. If you are willing to pay extra, it's good for you.
Nice apartments and amenities.
The price for what you get is an excellent bargain. The location is great and they are very new apartments. The only reason I do not give it full marks is because of parking and pets. Some people use garages for storage rather than for vehicles and then use extra spaces making parking an extra vehicle a huge hassle. Also, you can't go throw a frisbee or play in the grass because there is always dog feces hiding somewhere. I wish there were some kind of enforcement on these issues.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Take exit 282 for US-89 S towards Lehi. Turn left onto UT-85/W 2100 N and continue to follow UT-85.
