Love where we live we are very Happy with the home! the only thing is that ther is no grass so it gets really muddy! but other then that we have no problems!:)
The townhome is really nice and we love the location. The staff has been accommodating and good to work with. It will be nice to have the mailboxes built and the landscaping done and hopefully, a sidewalk put in between the buildings. Right now, it's just mud on the side of the building so company has to walk from 2 buildings over to be able to use the sidewalk to get to our front door. Other than that, we're very happy so far.
Great location and great townhouses, very roomy and great layouts.
The construction of our town home was pretty great except for the master bath getting all gashed up from the builders and the crawl space not having any stairs going into it even though we're so glad that we have a crawl space. Management is kinda disorganized promising one thing and another happens. I do realize that this residency is brand new but that doesn't mean that management shouldn't be more functional.
