The apartment is spacious and well cared for. The response time for maintenance issues is very prompt. The dog park is an asset. The salt water pool is very nice. The grounds are lovely and well- maintained. Laura and Callie are a great team and very hospitable. I will definitely recommend Haverhill Place to anyone looking for apartment living.

My daughter and I really enjoy living at Haverhill Place! It is very quiet, pet friendly and the location is perfect for our commute to school/work. The office staff is fantastic and is always quick to respond to any inquiries or concerns I have. Haverhill Place is new and very efficient and I love the look and style of all the amenities and fixtures throughout the complex and in the apartments. Haverhill Place is overall a great place to live!

Haverhill is an exceptional property! The layout of the apartment beautiful and would be more comparable to a townhome. The maintenance is always spot-on with no long waits. I hope to be here a long time!
