I would tell them the price is amazing for the space in the apartments, and I love the location right on the water.

The staff is very friendly and service requests are answered fairly quickly, I do however think the grounds need a little bit more upkeep, whenever it rains it makes a mess on the sidewalks, they should be swept more often. Also, tennants need to be reminded of the trash pick up valet rules, there are some people that leave mounds of trash outside the receptacle on mornings, or worse yet, on Fridays, knowing it will not be picked up until Sunday night. It not only looks bad, but it might attract pests. Also, there should be cigarette butt cans placed by the elevators. People tend to throw their cigarette on the floor before getting on the elevator.
Office staff is real rude and I have caught them in several lies. I have every conversation and lie recorded
I love the fact that our maintenance is always there when something needs to be done. It s a real laid back environment with a cool, tropical feel. The only thing I would have to say bad, is that the fleas are HORRIBLE in the grass and stairways are pretty dirty.
