Pet Policy - Pets Accepted. No more than 2 pets will be allowed; dogs and cats only. Maximum weight limit is 60 pounds per pet, excluding restricted dog breeds. A representative can provide a copy of this list, if needed. All pets must be approved by Management prior to move in and current vaccination records will be required. The required Pet Deposit is $300 with $150 non-Refundable per pet and Pet Rent of $15 per pet per month will be charged.

Well built with reliable appliances (our dishwasher is a bit junk but the rest are nice) and good sound insulation, enough carpet to be useful but not enough for my kids to completely destroy. Maintenance is fast if not the friendliest, and office staff has been nothing but helpful. A bit far away from anything useful in town, but the drive is easy. Weight machine has been broken for months, which definitely puts a damper on the on-site gym.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
