The items on the pre check list were never fixed. There are no major issues but I would have thought they might have made the repairs.
So far the experience has been good. The only thing is the service needs to be improved a bit. When we raise a request, it gets closed even without fixing the issue. Repeated follow up is required to get a thing fixed in the apartment. Otherwise, things are pretty good out here.
Good overall property maintenance. Cool new club house.
The staff and maintenance team are great! My only issue is that I wish the prices were better, or they could at least offer some form of discount to loyal tenants. I've been living here for three years, and have actually been looking for another place to live due needing more space. I would have hoped that MAYBE, just maybe price could be negotiable, but no. Oh well.
