Small community. Apartments include many features including cable ready, washer/dryer, garabage disposal, dish washer fridge with ice maker, door side trash pick up, balcony, pool, BBQ/Fire pit, and Gym. Apartments are brand new! Management is amazing and maintenance when needed is done same day. Background checks are completed on every resident prior to allowing to lease which creates a safer living environment along with a gated entrance. My neighbors always greet me with a smile and a hello.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Staff is easy to work with. The Facilities are quite and conveniently located.
The apartment and the amenities are wonderful. We are always notified if there are any changes. The people working in the office are always welcoming and help all of my needs.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
