The Haven is in the perfect location. Close to major employers, shopping, and all of the essentials. Amenities that most other communities do not offer, such as a washer and dryer, are included. The office staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance requests are completed very fast - in most cases, the same day that they are submitted. The grounds are well-kept and clean. They are very pet-friendly. A resident can truly relax and enjoy living at The Haven. It is truly a haven in SA.

I love that it's very quite in the apartment complex.
I have lived in several apartments and I feel like this one has met my needs the most. I love the floor plans and they recently upgraded the counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom to granite. They are beautiful! All the staff in the office is very nice. Anytime I have a problem it is fixed with ease. The maintenance is great as well, very professional. I see myself being here for a long time.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
