I know it is probably hard to maintain, but the dumpster stairs are disgusting. It could us a good scrubbing once in awhile. The light fixtures outside the apt go out a lot. The loud bass music in cars that drive in the parking lot is agitating but it could always be worse.
Have all staff knowledgable of community procedures and policies
People need to clean up after their pets.
I love my home! The only complaint I have which I have addressed with the FABULOUS office staff is the dog park - people are NOT adhering to the dog park's hours of operation and waking me up at least 3-5 times a week. The security company has got to lock all 3 gates not just two.
