Living on the first floor we hear the second floor residence walking around all the time.... It would be awesome if ya'll had better sound proofing between floors and apartment walls. Also the pathways theophylline the complex could be nicer.
The grounds are not kept up well. Very few dog owners pick up after their dogs, as there is dog stuff all over the grounds. Weeds are beginning to pop up everywhere. The maintenance team is great, and the office staff are always friendly.
The time we lived there (about 9 months) was horrific. There were at least a dozen days where the water and/or hot water was turned off to fix what I assume was the same issue, leaving my husband to shower before work in cold water and my kids with a cold bath or no bath at all. The staff in the office were frequently rude and there was a high employee turnover rate at the receptionist desk. The paint in the apartment was slopped on and constantly peeling, and there weren't lights in the rooms!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
