The apartment is in excellent location, have spacious rooms and bathrooms, have a bark park, the community is always clean, the maintenance staff are awesome and on time and the front desk staff knows exactly what they are doing and super nice.

The ladies in the office are positive and helpful. My dog really enjoys the Bark Park when we don't have time to go to the larger parks nearby.

Poor maintenance. I've had water leak problems from the beginning. Every time it rains, water comes in through my windows. They have attempted to fix the problem but it continues. Office has poor follow up services on any maintenance call I've made.
