Brandon Oaks is a very pleasant place to live. The apartments are spacious, and affordable. The office staff is awesome. They are very customer service savvy, and a pleasure to speak with. The maintenance staff is reliable, efficient, and go above and beyond. I will not live anywhere else, as I have become spoiled!!!

Water gets turned off with out notice. Water mains randomly break leaving tenants without water for extended unknown amounts of time. Teenagers run wild all hours of the night, playing loud music, yelling, and cursing around or at young children. They will give you a lease violation for just about anything. The apartments are outdated. You get an option of one update every time you re-sign but get extra charges monthly for the updates. Poor insulation=high electric bills.
