I'm very disappointed in the place I chose to live, I was unaware of the way things would be when I moved in. Working full time 50+ hours and going to graduate school full time has me at home at weird hours, however when I am home I would like to be in quiet and relax. Once someone complains multiple times it's kind of rude not to take care of the problem as an apartment complex. There are multiple times I have complained about a neighbor and the noise coming from their dog, not once has this issue been taking care of. It's sad you portray "taking care" of residents when in fact you do not.
Replace the office staff
Get a new management. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with when it comes to apartments. I can not wait until my lease is up. I have asked management to change the number for my gate code multiple times. It never happened. I had the worst neighbors and management never did anything for that either. Instead I was the one frowned upon probably just for being the younger tenant. I will never recommend anyone to stay at these apartments.
