Love how the staff made us feel welcome and part of "the family" here at the Oaks! Maintenance issues was always taken care of promptly. And I really enjoyed the monthly newsletters and monthly/quarterly dinners we had at the clubhouse! This apartment complex has spoiled me and I will be sad (but excited) about moving to a house!

I have lived here almost 2 years an have received good care from the office. The grounds have had ants in the past and are overrun with leaves. Parking is not an issue and the complex feels safe. There are two gates into the neighbourhood behind the complex and one needs fixing and the other needs unpadlocking by the playground. There is no way to walk a loop in the neighborhood. The rent far exceeds fair market value and is the reason for good rather than excellent. Overall, very happy.

No major issues since moving in. Staff could be a little friendlier in the office. Pool being closed for an entire day (and sometimes longer) is an inconvenience.
