we are getting to many kids in this place without a good play grounds
I have been very happy living in Autumn Ranch on Swenson Farms going on my 4th year. I get immediate response when I call for small maintenance issues. It has always been very peaceful and being that I live alone, I feel very safe. The common areas are always well kept and properly maintained. I honestly do not have anything to complain about these apartments.
Good place to stay,humble and a nice serenity
Beautiful complex with a great staff and speedy maintenance personnel. Centrally located and perfect for anyone needing to travel around north of downtown. Also the buildings are well insulated so the summertime electric bill does not spike!
Autumn Ranch is my home and it is my community. Even though it is an apartment complex, the management has worked to bring this community together and to make living here an enjoyable experience. The monthly events they put together each month are fun and definitely a place where you are able to get to know your neighbors. The maintenance staff is responsive and courteous. They typically resolve issues within one day. Finally, the apartments are spacious and beautiful. They are more like homes than apartments. I have really enjoyed my stay at Autumn Ranch.
