The Crossings Burke Regency offers a variety of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes with air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets and custom painted interiors in Pasadena, TX. We're conveniently located less than 2 miles from major medical facilities including the Patients Medical Center and the Surgery Specialities Hospital of America. The Sam Houston Tollway and I-45 are also less than 3 miles away and offer convenient access to the entire region as well as shopping, dining and entertainment at the nearby Baybrook Mall.

I've lived at crossings at burke 14 months and had an over all good experience any time i put a work order I would get it fixed in pretty fast. Their staff where profecional and curious. Im satified
first of all rent is to expensive due to no up grades and some days the water does not get hot, now a gas bill over 15 bucks. Parking is terrible some residents have cars that they don't drive taking space or not working , working on them. Vistors park in the area so Residents who live in the area have to park further down. Grounds are not kept up pets just do there business anywhere, Pest control is not great.
At one point the complex had great customer service. Very friendly and helpful staff that is no longer the case. The current staff seems bothered if you come in and ask for anything.
The roaches in the apartment were awful. The pool we were promised for the summer wasn't even open until the last week of July. Management refused to uphold a special arrangement I had for the summer, and I was stuck paying off $1000 worth of overdue fees and extra charges.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
