Clean and quiet apartments. Run by a professional team. Buildings and grounds well maintained.
When I was apartment hunting, I was looking for somewhere close to work that was nice, clean, safe, and pet-friendly. As a single woman with 2 dogs, those were the most important things to me! I had it narrowed down to 2 places, but what made up my mind was how friendly Judy and the rest of the leasing office staff were as I asked a ton of questions and during the tour and leasing process. If you're looking for a home that is well-maintained, managed by a friendly staff, that is pet-friendly, and is in a quiet community, definitely make sure to check out Preserve at Baywood!
My experience at Baywood has been a pleasure. Nice people and nice staff.
The apartments and facilities are well maintained and in good condition. The location is excellent. Quiet and out of the way but still close to shopping and dining. Parking hasn't been a problem which is a nice change from my last apartment. Residents are friendly and I haven't had any issues with my neighbours. There's plenty of green space nearby with trails that I use for running. Staff has been responsive when I need them.
Once you get the kinks worked out and don't have to deal with the leasing office anymore it should be great!
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
