Pet Policy - Pets under 50lbs are welcome at Cotton Crossing Apartment Homes. We require a pet deposit of $200 plus a non-refundable fee of $200 and a monthly pet rent of $15 per pet under 25 lbs. Pet rent for 25-50lbs is $25 per month. Fees are per pet. Breed restrictions apply; please contact the office with any questions.
