From 635 South take the exit Towne Centre Drive. Stay on the service road and continue straight though the stop light passing McDonald's. As you continue on the service road it will begin to curve right to face Highway 80. After you pass Petsmart on your right, the first available right turn will be The Barons Main Entrance to our Leasing Office. Alternate Route. The Barons also has a second entrance that faces Gus Thomasson Road. Motley Drive dead-ends to Gus Thomasson Road in Mesquite. The Barons is directly across from that intersection. Please use gate access code pound sign #999. A leasing professional will buzz the gate, take the first right turn then follow the community signs which direct you to our Leasing Center.

We have received very poor service when maintenance is required on the apartment, it takes several calls to get Maintenance to come over. We get to the point where we need to speak to a manager in order to get things done. I invite you to review my account in which we have not been late on rental or water payments since we have lived here. So it seems that our Business isn't appreciated.

The utilities are ridiculous & keeping the trash off the property is awful. Location of the dumpster & mtce of the trash area is an eyesore from the main street. It defaces the property & of course indicates the lack of concern for the mtce of the property. Residents place any & everything on the patio. Although the trash & gate makes the area look like a slum, the rent & utilities proves otherwise. Unwanted guests with loud music & trash always enter because the gate is constantly broken

It's a good apartment complex. I've had many issues with plumbing. However it maybe because I am on the third floor. Every maintenance issue was taken care of in a timely manner.
