I love it, it's very quiet. Better than any apartment I've lived in. Would definitely recommend.
I've lived here 5 years and have had very few problems. The courtyard layout allows for large areas for kids to play without having to worry about them being in the parking areas like most other properties. The Management is very responsive to the needs and concerns of the residences. Likewise the maintenance staff is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. The pool area, fitness center and laundry room are kept in excellent condition.
The property location, I-80 and Belt Line Rd. in Mesquite puts you just 15 minutes away from downtown Dallas and 5 minutes from downtown Mesquite. The Mesquite schools are the best around. The school buses pick up and drop off at the front of the property. The parking and walk thru areas are secured by gates with electronic coded keypads. I have never had a reason to call the police. I have lived in many apt. complexes in the Dallas County area and this property is the best by far. I don't plan on moving in the foreseeable future.
Nice apartments, nice staff. Great proximity to highways and shopping. Residents are friendly. Security gates are always down, junk cars that never move in parking lots, horrible parking. Covered parking residents park in the uncovered parking spaces.
I WOULD TELL THEM THAT I LIKE IT OTHER THEN HEARING MY UPSTAIRS ALL DURING THE NIGHT HOURS
