It's not bad. But it is Mansfield and there's nothing to do out here
Great place to live. It's pretty quiet. You do occasionally hear your neighbors. I only here mine in the bathroom or outside. Very clean and people here seem very polite. Haven't seen any drugs drug dealers.
Entire staff is very pilote and helpful. Maintenance is great. Valet trash is very inconsistent and should be optional.
Very quiet, clean, and well-maintained. Wonderful place to live Staff is very friendly and welcoming, and location is perfect. Very close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores
I have to say that I absolutely love living here. I have been here almost 2 years and trying so hard to find another place that meets Towne Crossing's level of standards. Its almost impossible to find better. I never had an issue that was not resolved in less then 24 hrs. or same day. From the Ladies in the office to the maintenance team to the Property Manager. The level of professionalism is outstanding. When people ask me what its like living here I have to say proudly, It is a very clean, safe, friendly, young and old neighbors, hardly any kids. I have not had any issues with the thin walls and hearing my neighbors. The only issue I have seen is the parking. I pay the car port rent because I'm not driving around trying to find space. The trash can get a little messy but its expected since people are moving out and leaving garbage behind. However, with that comes the Valet Team to address the issue as I have seen them here early on Sunday nights to get everything cleaned. At the most, maybe 2 days of the dumpster being dirty. Everyone in my building is very friendly and approachable, as with other residents that I have ran into. I am happy that I was able to find Towne Crossing and make it my home.
