Friendly staff, clean and large units and quiet as well. I do NOT like the gate as there is NO entrance for guests and this makes it frustrating for residents. I do NOT like the fact that there is EXTREMELY poor lighting at the entrance of the building, there are times that my guests will drive right by as it is so dark and ill lighted.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I love my apartment.
Great apartments! The management is nice and helpful. The apartment grounds are picked up and maintained. Best part for me is that they spray for bugs on a regular basis and I've had no insect problems at all in 2 years!! To me that's huge! But overall this is a very nice place to live and I'd recommend to anyone.
The entrance and exit gates are open because they are broken far too often. This doesn't set well with me, the fact that it was gated was the main reason I moved here.
The apartments and workout facility are clean. I was told I would receive an email whenever a package arrived for me at the office, but I have never received an email--I only find out by calling myself and usually get my package a week late because of this. Twice I needed to access the pool restrooms at night while I was working out at the workout facility but they were locked. I have a medical condition and the office did not notify anyone of the locked restrooms. This was very inconsiderate.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
