I wished that the tenants would not leave there trash outside there doors. It is so nasty. The trash does not ticket them.
It's very quiet, people are very friendly. We look out for each other!! They come and repair things quickly.
The apartment is nice and maintenance has been great, but there are certain property managers that are less than accommodating.
I love this place, but the noise factor has been highly disappointing and at times aggravating. Due to my misophonia, one of the main questions that I asked before leasing was if you could hear noise from next door neighbors through the walls and I was assured that this wasn't a problem. However that is not the case. There's constant noise: cabinets slamming shut, balls bouncing??, people parked in their cars blasting music for hours etc
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
