I have been living at Eagle Crest Apts for almost a year and I do not have any complaints. I have seen improvements to the property. It's quiet and the grounds are well kept.
I like this building because is quiet , the maintenance team is always made to order,beautiful apartments, love the pool and gym and the best I never had problems with my neighbors
The buildings are really dirty on the outside. I've been hear and I haven't seen anyone pressure wash the walk ways of stairwells. The gym equipment is always out of order. Trash is found in the parking lot also.
I dont have any issues with management or the administration... One of the girls is pretty rude but everyone else in the staff is pretty cool so I dont have any issues at all.... I do have some pretty bad neighbors but I guess that's just my luck.
I hate that the gates are always messed up, they are either stuck open or never open. When you need to get somewhere, it's annoying to play the guess which gate will open game. I've also need some work done in my apt, and it's been over a month since they were supposed to be here and it's still not fixed. Tub cracked around walls and sink cracked when moved in. All for 1200 a month
