Open the gate on Mesa again.
More security, also the rent is way too high for the space.
Better management (leasing manager), more security, and clearer guidelines when it regards the cable.
i still would like to see the back exit gate re-opened or at least hear how the current on property crime stats compare to past stats when the gate was open. wastes time and gas...also the office staff is very friendly yet not very efficient when i need maintenance on my unit. usually takes several days to get minor maintenance done or may need repeat service for same problem.
